Can I mail you my baby's photo?

Yes you can. On the contact page there is a mailing address where you can send the photos.

Do I get my pictures back that I send in with my order?

Yes, we will return all photos and/or disks back, and we require an additional $5 for shipping and insurance to ensure your photos get back to you safely. If you do not want the photos back you do not need to send the $5. Of course, digital photos sent over e-mail is the fastest and there is no cost.

Can my birth announcement include family members?

Yes, you can have whoever you want in the picture with your baby. Have their face(s) as close to the baby's as possible.

Can I have my twins on one birth announcement?

Yes. Please submit a picture/pictures with both of them. We will include information for both babies on the birth announcement.

Can I use any of the birth announcements for birthday invitations?

Yes, all of them can be reworded to fit the occasion (baptism, adoption, holiday, etc.).

What is the price for shipping to Canada?

Shipping to Canada is no exta cost. Same as USA.

Can I use a digital camera?

Yes!!!! Refer to our digital photo tips section below.

Can I use a Polaroid picture?

Yes...but Polaroid's, negatives or digital printouts will result in a poor quality photo.

Can I reorder my announcements if I didn't have enough?

Yes. You will have up to one year to reorder. We will reprint your photo card just as it was in the original order and there will be no need to have another digital proof. Minimum reorder quantity of 25. All shipping costs will be applied to your reorder.
